Quiet, clean, helpful and enthusiastic staff, free parking, easy access to City of Culture and historic centre. I don't know what the public transit options would be like.

Very good if you have a car and don't want to drive around the city.you can leave your car in front the hotel and get the bus number 6 (a bus every 20 minutes) just in front of the hotel. Clean and spatious room.
The walls are so thin, that we heard every single word of he couple next door when they did a phone call. We also heard people organizing their closets! So you can hear when somebody opens the door, puts something in the shelf and closes the door. Our sleep night was seriously affected.

Rooms were really big and comfortable; however smell of cigarettes was annoying. WiFi was included, which was a huge advenatege.
Only Galego speking stuff, far away from the city center (you must have your own car).

The lady at the reception desk was genuinely welcoming, smiling and kind. We arrived at the hotel at around 10,30 am. and she made her best to get us the room much earlier than the standard check-in time. She then provided us with plenty of information and maps to reach the city centre, the easiest and cheapest parking place (literally few steps from Praza De Obradorio, the heart of Santiago). The room was quite large, comfortable and clean, with a very large bathroom and shower. Free on-street parking, no booking needed, free and working(!) WiFi facility with no need to enter a password.
Food, don't dine at the restaurant. This hotel is great if you have a car and don't want to have troubles in finding a parking place in the centre. A little bit of noise can be heard from the motorway if windows are open but not a great problem as traffic volume is quite less or non existent at night.

The room was big, clean and with a comfortable bed. We only met one person from the staff, that was friendly.
The noise!!! The hotel is right beside the a road with quite some traffic and the hotel walls are paper thin, so we heard cars all night long (even though we were at the top floor). We could ear the guests from the rooms next to ours, and even worse was a bell (one of those ringing bells, like an oven alarm...) that would sound every half an hour or so...all day and night. We could not get a decent night sleep.... The bathroom had a leaking noise constantly and nothing else besides hand soap and towels.

Modern room with a very comfortable bed, reasonably priced. Perfect and magnificent location in the historical area, easy to get around. Also - right by the far outskirts, and a very famous hill and last pilgrim stop before arrive at Santiago.
A little rude staff!

Free parking in front of hotel. We knew parking would be a problem in the city center, so chose a hotel outside the center. There was a local bus that stopped next to hotel - a fifteen minute ride into the center, and you can buy a ticket on the bus. We did not eat in the restaurant, but did have breakfast and sandwiches in the bar - good service and reasonable prices in the bar. Big, comfortable, quiet room with wi-fi in the room.

Perfect for an affordable weekend stopover in Santiago de Compostela with great value for money. The super nice team with bus and train info, making travel easy. Try to avoid the first floor if you want some peace at night.
